What's a mnemonics string?
A string that contains a list of commands with their command-key high-lighte in some way. e.g. "[A]bort [S]ave [Q]uit"

You can, but the idea of a mneomics string is that the command keys are note with a tilde character (look in the text.dat for examples) and Synchronet *automatically* either colorizes (based on the settings in attr.cfg) for ANS users or puts the char in square-brackets for non-ANSI users.
