• Detecting Arrow keys

From Thriell@VERT/NOWHERE to All on Wednesday, September 01, 2004 15:29:00
By looking through matrix.src, I've figured out how to detect the up and down arrow keys, but I've just about driven myself nuts trying to figure out how to detect the left and right arrow keys.

    Can anyone help?

    #Down Arrow
    cmdkey ^J

    #Up Arrow
    cmdkey ^^

    #Left Arrow
    cmdkey (??)

    #Right Arrow
    cmdkey (??)

Ya know ... I'd swear that I went through baja.html looking for that...
...but then again, at one point on the way to work last night I would've sworn I saw an albino giraffe crossing the highway. I really need to either get off of third shift or find a way to sleep during the day.

Sorry to be such a nuisance.

Not a problem. Good to know you at least *looked* for it. :-)

LOL ... reminds me of when I used to be heavily into scripting mIRC. We used to say "RTFM" (Read The Freakin Manual) to people who'd just pop in and expect an instant fix without researching it and trying it for themselves first.
