Log Message:
Relicense xmodem.c and xmodem.h under the 2-clause BSD license
Matches the license zmodem.c and zmodem.h adopted in ea25028dae
(2026-08-23).
Also rename the include guard from _XMODEM_H_ to XMODEM_H_, since
identifiers beginning with an underscore and an uppercase letter are
reserved for the implementation.
