hey, i'm thinking of programming an iq test for synchronet..
but i'm trying to keep it fun..
anyways, i was wondering if you guys had any ideas
where on the net i could locate some "standards" for iq tests..
ie, how much points to reward for what particular questions..
i basically need a kind of "universal" type guideline to follow,
just to sorta adhere to mensa standards..
i myself havent taken an iq test for a year or so, and most of those
were'nt really applicable to a bbs format.. ie:graphics..
but, i guess with math/text questions, it could get the job done..

i was on this one bbs and the sysop had an iq test, but it was not
a synchronet bbs.. it was some kind of native script, too.
damn, wish i remembered where it was..
    anyways..
i'd appreciate any suggestions, or helpful comments.
    thanks!

dont comment on how ironic it is that I am programming an IQ test...
i have already beat you to the punch!
    hehe
    -oblivious-

yeah, but wont their be a buncha "wannabees" who dont know jack about
    mensa?
i dont think anyone of those irc guys with 2 second attention spans would even reply to me asking about the coding process..
i think i'll check out my library for some books.. dont think they'll help.. hm.. i need to get the actual book and guidelines that psychologissts have..
i wonder if i can download it somewhere.. maybe a "hacked" "pirated" version..

Well, if you ever find infos on that, or even write the door, contact me, I'm interested in this kind of apps. :) zutroi@cyber-rights.net
I've been searching the web for years for the "official" IQ test in order to write a small java applet, but I always found crap (ie scientology-like),
