  • Power outages...

    We're having high winds here in SoCal and have lost power several times over the last 24 hours. My UPS can handle the short outages (less than a minute) just fine, but the longer ones require me to shut things down gracefully (including vert/cvs/bbs/dove/mail.synchro.net) and wait patiently for the power to come back on.
